Turn off the A19 at the A191/A186 sliproad signposted Whitley Bay. At the roundabout take the exit towards Whitley Bay/Shiremoor. At next roundabout take exit signposted Backworth. Entrance to ground off B1322 is on the left opposite “Backworth Club Ltd”

From the A1 take A692 Lobley Hill exit towards Consett until Sunniside. Turn left at Potters Wheel pub traffic lights following Stanley/Chester-le-Street A693. On entering Stanley: turn left at Flint Hill petrol station and head up bank past primary school. Turn right at The Hilltop pub then right again into housing estate. Follow sign posts for Beamish and East Stanley Sports Club which lies just behind the houses. Or from A1: Junction 43 Chester le Street. Follow A693 Stanley. Entering Stanley turn right at first set of traffic lights to bottom of residential road, turn left into housing estate (as above)

Exit the A1M heading south at Carrville. Take the A690 to Durham and then exit left up the sliproad, signposted Belmont and Dragonville. Turn left at the traffic lights, pass the BMW garage, through the traffic lights and then right at the roundabout. Pass Bannatynes and turn in right opposite signs for B&Q

Take the Felling bypass (A184) to what was Heworth roundabout. Take a left towards Heworth onto the A185. Follow A185 for ~2 miles and then take a left onto Station Road. Turn right onto South Parade and then follow the road around the bend and Bill Quay will be straight in front of you.

Travel past Cramlington on the A19 to the Seaton Burn roundabout. Turn right, passing the Holiday Inn and  on to the Blagdon Estate. Pass the gates with the white cattle to the entrance just before the road joins the  A1. Enter estate; turn left at the roundabout. Please observe Lord Ridley's strict speed limit!

Whitley Road, Benton, 3/4 mile on A191 past Four Lane Ends, on right. METRO - Benton NOT Four Lane Ends. There is a bar at the ground

Travelling North from Newcastle on the Great North Road through Gosforth town centre, turn left at the roundabout opposite the Three Mile Inn and along Broadway West. Entrance is on the right after the playing fields. Travelling South on A1, take B1318 exit. Pass the City of Newcastle Golf Course, then turn right at the roundabout opposite the Three Mile Inn and as above. METRO is Wansbeck Road; leads on to Broadway West.

Take the A692 from Gateshead, pass Sunniside and Marley Hill to Burnopfield. Follow signs for Hobson Golf Course. Entrance to the ground is 200 yards from the golf course

Travel through Ryton and Crawcrook on the B1367 Turn right after the Co-op into Crawcrook Lane then right after Kingsley Park to Clara Vale. Take the first turning on the left and follow the track along to the ground.

Etherstone Avenue, off Coach Lane or Heaton Road, Benton on the North side of the main A1058 Coast Road. Next to Henderson Hall of Residence.

West on A69 to Syford Roundabout. Take second left to Corbridge, into the town and left over the bridge. Take first left at the roundabout then 200 yards 90 degrees left along the lane (NOT towards the station). Adjacent to the Rugby Club but a different entry road

Take the A167 airport road from the Cowgate roundabout for 200 yards, then take the first turn left after Aldi. The ground is behind Aldi

From the A19/A189 roundabout take the A19 North and then the slip road to Cramlington. Pass over the A19 and straight on at two roundabouts before the slip road into the school. Park in car park or else head North and then West around the buildings to park near the field. From the A1 take the A19 turn off, then the first Cramlington slip road and then as above

High Heworth Lane, Gateshead. Turn off the A184 at the Heworth roundabout at Shields Road. Take the first exit to Sunderland Road which leads to High Heworth Lane.

Low Lane, South Shields. At the first slip road south of the Tyne Tunnel, take the South Shields turn off. Turn right at the next roundabout on to the A1300 John Reed Road. Straight over at the next roundabout and pass the Crematorium on your right. Take the next left on to the B1298 then right at the roundabout is Low Lane. First right then leads to the ground

Travelling East from Newcastle on A1058 Coast Road, take the exit at Chillingham Road (A188) and turn right at the roundabout. After 1/4 mile turn right into Cartington Terrace. The Medicals ground is on the right

Approach Hexham on the A69 but continue straight over the roundabout, taking the next left on the B6531 to the bottom of Leazes Lane turning on the right. Ground is 500 yards on right with parking at rear of the pavilion.

The Club House. Turn off the A1 at the Angel of the North on the A167 towards Birtley. Take the right turn on Lamesley Road to a left turn to Kibblesworth. In Kibblesworth, pass the Soho Tavern and turn left down Moormill. Turn right at the T junction. Entrance to the Park is on your left.

Take the A693 from Chester-le-Street towards Beamish. Turn left on Pelton Lane just before the Roseberry Grange Golf Course. Pass M&D Patrick Motors then the ground is on East Street on the right.

Follow A696 from A1 to Ponteland. When in village, turn right at small roundabout on to North Road. Take the Kirkley Hall turn off on right. Just before the entrance to Kirkley Hall take the left turn and up past the saw mill. At the top of the hill turn right at the white gates into the car park and ground.

Jack Clark Park. From Tyne Tunnel head on A185/A194 for South Shields centre. Turn right at the roundabout before Lidl on to the B1301 to pass Chichester Metro and then South Tyneside College on the right. Ground is on the left off a right hand bend and then behind the Bowling Centre.

The pitch is located just outside of Matfen village on the East side. On passing through the village with the green on the right and after the Black Bull on the left there is a gated entrance to a field. Drive through the field to enter the cricket ground with clubhouse, pitch and other leisure facilities on the site

North on A1; take Morpeth slip road. After approx. 2 miles turn left on B6524 signposted Belsay. After 3/4 mile turn right before A1 bridge. Signposted Mitford after 1 mile; take left turn through Mitford and then gound is 1/3 mile on left. Sharp left turn and keep left

Head East on A1058 Coast Road and take slip road at Formica(after Silverlink). Turn right, down Norham Road to roundabout. Take third exit and follow road under Metro line(give way) and past shops to ground on left

From Newcastle / A1 follow A1(M) to A696 Jedburgh slip road. Follow airport signs and continue on to Ponteland. Turn left at the traffic lights; the Diamond Inn is on the right and the Ponteland Sports Centre is on the left after 100m. Use the free park. Walk up side of centre past the red entrance way and through yellow car barrier

Changing compact; Food in Oddfellows Pub, Albion Road North Shields after home games. From North Shields along Tynemouth Road, turn right just after Kwik Fit and then left at the T junction. Park on road near ground. From Tynemouth village take the road towards North Shields past the Victoria Monument and Lloyds TSB and turn left before Kwik Fit.

Take the A69 to the slip road for Riding Mill on to the A695 and follow directions for the village. Ground is on the right hand side before the village. Address is Broomhaugh.

Take A1 Northbound to the Seaton Burn/A19 junction. At the roundabout take 4th exit signposted Seaton Burn (B1318). After approximately half a mile along Front St. turn left to the ground. Buses X21, X22, X13 from Regent's Centre

Oakleigh Gardens, Cleadon Village, Sunderland From the A19 take the John Reid Road. Turn right at Harton on the King George Road A1018. After first exit at the roundabout turn left to the ground along Oakleigh Gardens..

Travelling East from Newcastle on A1058 Coast Road, take the exit at Chillingham Road (A188) and turn right at the roundabout. After 1/4 mile turn right into Cartington Terrace. The Medicals ground is on the right

Travel from the City Centre along Gosforth High Street East. Turn right at the traffic lights at the junction with  St. Nicholas Avenue. There is a car park in front of the club gates

Out of train station, 400 yards East. Take A69, left turn at Stocksfield/Bywell sign. Turn left at T junction by train station. Or on main road from Prudhoe, West for 3 miles, ground 400x before the train station and next to the school.

Take Rowlands Gill road from Swalwell roundabout. After 400 yards take first turn left over bridge. Ground is in front of you; signposted.

From North : Leave A1 on first slip road after crossing Tyne (signs Consett & Whickham). Turn right at roundabout and left at next. Pass Blaydon Rugby Club, turn rt at lights and go up Whickham Bank . At top of road go on at lights & along Front St.

Ulgham Playing Field. Do not follow the post code on satnav! Head to Ulgham from Longhurst, North of Morpeth. Driving through Ulgham, take the turn to the right down Ulgham Lane and the ground is on the left.

Hexham Road, Walbottle. From the A69, exit at Lemington road rounadabout, take the B6528 through Blucher & Walbotte, entrance to the campus is on the right.

Vigo Lane, Rickleton, Washington. Take the A195 exit off A1(M) towards Washington on the Western Way.  Take the slip road at the Toby Carvery to cross right on to Rickleton Way with two sharp left turns then a  right to Vigo Lane.

From Earsdon follow the A192 through Hollywell Village towards Seaton Deleval and the ground is on your left. From Seaton Deleval on the A192 towards Hollywell the ground is on the right. Turn in to Medburn Road

Take signs to Tynemouth at end of Coast Road A1058. Turn left at Tynemouth pool roundabout, pass Morrisons to Fox Hunters roundabout; take 2nd exit and again at next. Turn right off Hillheads Road next to the Ice Rink. Park on grass, bank top near pavilion.

Take the Wylam turn off the A69. Entrance to the ground is off the main road opposite the Fox & Hounds public house. Parking is available on the road behind the pub.
